About Sangram Datir
I\'ve been with JCB India Ltd since December 2021, initially joining as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee after completing my engineering at D. Y. Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi. During my GAT tenure, I gained valuable experience using UG-NX to design parts for JCB\'s top-selling Loadall machines, focusing on Sheet metal, Pipework, and Mechanical routing. Additionally, I honed my skills in visibility field analysis using EMM software.Currently, I hold the position of Assistant Manager (Design Engineer) and support Loadall\'s product team in addressing production and service-related challenges. I am dedicated to providing better solutions for our customers through continuous design improvements. Moreover, I actively contribute to workplace programs, such as hosting events and planning team building activities, which has helped me develop strong interpersonal skills.
