Humanitarian and development leader with over 12 years of experience working across emergency response, resilience building, and durable solutions in fragile and conflict-affected settings.I specialize in humanitarian–development programme management, with extensive experience in social inclusion, public financing for children, education planning, micro-finance, and global health. My work focuses on strengthening systems that serve children, families, and communities—particularly in contexts where crisis is prolonged and complexity is the norm.I have worked across Africa, Asia, and at global level, including in Nigeria, Bangladesh, Malawi, Mexico, Spain and Thailand, as well as in regional and headquarters roles. Across these contexts, I have led and coordinated multi-sectoral programmes spanning health, nutrition, education, WASH, child protection, livelihoods, social cohesion, and governance, working closely with government counterparts, UN agencies, donors, and communities.I believe leadership in humanitarian settings is built through presence, trust, and accountability. Whether supporting field teams, engaging decision-makers, or navigating complex partnerships, I value collaboration, evidence-based advocacy, and clear decision-making grounded in local context.I am particularly interested in leadership roles that bridge humanitarian response with long-term development, support government-led solutions, and help organizations remain responsive, principled, and effective in complex environments.
