At Ernst & Young (EY), I’ve had the privilege to lead transformative DevOps and DevSecOps initiatives for global leaders like Microsoft and Reckitt, earning the Client Extraordinaire Award for both engagements in recognition of excellence and impact. Microsoft (LSEG Project)As a DevSecOps SME and Coach, I’m engaged in Microsoft’s high-stakes LSEG migration program, where I guide Infosys delivery teams through the successful adoption of secure DevOps practices. My work includes- Leading DevSecOps coaching for Infosys teams involved in LSEG migration- Embedding security into CI/CD pipelines, championing shift-left practices and secure coding standards- Driving implementation of automation, compliance, and cloud-native security controls- Aligning team delivery with Microsoft’s cloud governance and operational excellence frameworksThis role blends strategy and execution, ensuring security, scalability, and agility across one of the largest financial cloud transformation programs. Reckitt My time on the Reckitt engagement was a cornerstone in sharpening my expertise across Agile delivery, DevOps enablement, and infrastructure automation. Working closely with cross-functional squads across multiple geographies, I gained hands-on experience in- Coached global product squads across India, UK, and Europe on DevOps culture and tooling- Established streamlined CI/CD processes and infrastructure-as-code foundations- Accelerated release velocity and improved operational visibility.This experience strengthened my ability to coach teams not just on tooling, but also on adopting the right mindsets and workflows to sustain DevOps maturity. It laid a solid foundation for my current role, where I now scale these practices in more complex environments.
