   Member in the Hydrogen Business Engineering & Design team, responsible for leading Technology, Process Engineering and other Engineering functions like Process & plant safety, Mechanical Engineering, Material technology etc. and providing technical assistance through conceptual study, feasibility study, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Plant handover to operation team and to work closely with other functions and external stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveries Deliverables: 1. To independently lead and manage the Technology and process engineering function and manage the team of multidiscipline engineers through from start to finish through conceptual study, feasibility study, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and plant handover; 2. To create new processes and enhance processes and procedures in the current engineering function to cater to large value green Hydrogen projects; 3. Provides inputs during all design phases including interpretation of standards. Actively communicates with other departments to optimize areas of interface during design development, review and check processes. Organize and Participates in Technical and progress reviews of projects. Familiar with organization procedures and international standards and codes; 5. Following master schedules for all projects including resource schedules, execution methodologies, SOPS, milestones; 6. Reviews scope of work and seeks clarification for ambiguous /incomplete / incorrect information; Monitoring and provide project Input while preparation of tender drawings / specifications finalization of requirements estimates; 7. To work closely with the project management team and ensure proper execution of the job within the specified scope. Provides input to project execution, planning and scheduling; To manage the design issues with the sub-contractors and ensure compliance with the client design
