As a business professional with an MBA in General Management from SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences, I am passionate about business administration, marketing strategy, and operations management. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can apply my skills in leadership, performance optimization, and customer experience enhancement. Currently, I work as a Shift Lead at Burgermeister, where I oversee daily operations, KPI implementation, inventory management, and financial reconciliation. I am responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to enhance efficiency, conducting inventory counts to maintain optimal stock levels, and handling daily sales transactions and cash flow management. This role has strengthened my team leadership, operational efficiency, and financial accountability skills, preparing me for more strategic management positions. Previously, I gained experience in content creation and social media marketing as a Project Management Intern at Denttabs, a sustainable oral care company. There, I collaborated with the marketing team to develop engaging campaigns, increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. I also handled client relations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. Before that, I worked as a Client Support Executive at Xpressbees Logistics, a leading e-commerce logistics company in India, where I managed customer inquiries, coordinated with internal and external stakeholders, and contributed to process improvements. With a strong foundation in business administration, operations, and marketing, I am eager to explore new opportunities in business management, operations leadership, or marketing strategy, where I can contribute to growth and efficiency.
