My role focuses on ensuring the structural, thermal, and environmental reliability of headlamp and tail lamp assemblies through CAE methods.Key responsibilities:Conducting thermal simulations for LED-based lighting units to evaluate heat flow and thermal management.Performing vibration analyses (static, modal, and dynamic) to assess durability under road load conditions.Supporting condensation simulations to identify and mitigate moisture risks inside lighting enclosures.Collaborating with design engineers using CATIA, providing simulation-driven design input.Using SolidWorks Simulation extensively for all analysis tasks and report generation.This role gives me hands-on industrial experience with real-world design validation in the automotive lighting sector.
