Plan, Develop and Implement the Defect Management process, workflow and strategies to the team at Project level\\\\n\\\\n• Evaluate and pre analyse the reported defects (bug tickets) and assign the defects to the respective domains and follow up on the ticket process.\\\\n\\\\n• Prioritise and Monitor incoming bug tickets with regard to the cause of the error and the technical dependencies with respect to projects.\\\\n\\\\n• Create Project specific status reports and Dashboards with insights & info on the critical/major issues based on defect KPIs.\\\\n\\\\n• Communicate with customers and suppliers on current defect status in a daily defect calls.\\\\n\\\\n• Facilitate trainings on the defect management process for the team with the familiarity of the product architecture, current feature scope and future roadmap.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
