Calculate and validateinterest/charges in response to client claims.Control Data Management (CDM) ProcessMaintain static data across systems including SSI for FX, Loans, and Payments.Handle account lifecycle (open/maintain/close/revive), branch/currency holidaysetup, rate registrations, and SWIFT routing. Perform quality checks, testing (UAT),and support cross-training.Audit ProcessSupport internal/external audits via documentation from Confirmation.com, AuditCreator, OMS, Welcome, and Fraudone.
