I am a business leader passionate about transforming recruitment into a strategic growth enabler. Currently serving as Vertical Head - Permanent Recruitment at ManpowerGroup India, I lead high-performing teams that deliver impactful, scalable, and future-ready talent solutions across industries.My professional journey began in 2012 when I joined Randstad India through campus placement as a Management Trainee. Starting with end-to-end recruitment, I gained deep expertise in both contractual and permanent hiring across industries and seniority levels.Over 13+ years at Randstad, I advanced through multiple leadership roles-driving national hiring programs, managing key client partnerships, and leading teams that consistently delivered excellence. This journey gave me a holistic perspective on workforce strategy, stakeholder management, and leadership development.Throughout my career, I have focused on- Scaling recruitment business through innovation and structured processes- Developing and mentoring high-performing teams built on accountability and collaboration- Strengthening client relationships through transparent communication and consistent delivery- Building sustainable hiring ecosystems that go beyond placements to create lasting business value.At ManpowerGroup India, I lead the Permanent Recruitment business nationally-driving key mandates, managing large client portfolios, and ensuring excellence in delivery and partnership.Recognition & Milestone: Featured in Mint as CEO of the Day (Randstad India) in 2019 and became CEO of the Day for the second time in 2024, recognizing leadership and business excellence.
