I am fortunate to have spent most of my career at Mercer where I have experienced a number of challenging and purposeful roles. I have over 8 years’ experience in managing a range of projects with a focus on operational excellence, with a global span. I am passionate about communications and like to use a range of mediums in order to share impactful messaging. I have strong interpersonal and networking skills, experience of relationship and stakeholder management, change management and meeting facilitation.
