In this role, I supported data-driven decision-making across three restaurant locations by analyzing sales, inventory, and customer transaction data. I worked closely with operations and management teams to translate raw data into actionable insights that improved day-to-day business performance.I built and maintained Excel and Power BI dashboards to track revenue trends, food costs, inventory turnover, and branch-level performance metrics. By analyzing purchasing patterns and menu-level performance, I helped identify inefficiencies, optimize inventory planning, and reduce wastage.I also used SQL and Python-based analysis to uncover demand patterns, peak-hour trends, and pricing insights, supporting better staffing, procurement, and operational planning. This experience strengthened my ability to apply analytics in a real-world Canadian business context, balancing data accuracy with practical operational needs.
