Job profile • Conducting the necropsy, collection and weighing of organs of the laboratory animals involved in various toxicity studies.• Processing of the tissues by routine histopathological techniques and preparation of histopathology slides.• Preparation and staining of DLC, Reticulocyte and bone marrow slides.• Team member for achieving the Indian GLP certificate.• Clinical chemistry and hematology analysis of plasma and blood. • Preparation of standard operating procedures (SOP’S) and forms for histopathology related instruments and procedures. • Responsible for all histopathology instruments, it’s calibration, maintenance as per GLP requirements• Archiving of raw data, tissue bottles, slides and blocks.• Preparation of reagents, solutions and stains.
