Partner with JM’s outside immigration council to ensure sponsorship requests are completed including but not limited to H1B, Permanent Resident, and L1 visas. • Deliver relevant HR related training & coaching to managers and staff e.g. interviewing skills, conducting performance reviews, induction, etc. • Serve as an advisor to employees and managers on issues such as performance management, compensation, recognition and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, change management, employee engagement, talent acquisition and talent management.
