I am a creative, curious, passionate, and impactful Learning and Development practitioner/leader who loves developing learning to support colleague/client engagement, ah-ha learning moments, belonging, growth, and innovation. I am a technology solutions nerd who takes a servant leadership approach in everything I do and agile is part of my DNA.    As a member of the strategic learning and development team, I research, design, develop and facilitate live online learning for multi-client sessions focused on DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging), HR, management, and leadership development. I also develop eLearning modules and provide consultation for our LMS. All program development follows both agile principles and scrum methodology.
