ABOUT SANDY STOJKOVSKI

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of engineering, business, and transformation — building organizations that perform at their best, even in the most complex environments. I started as an engineer who loved solving technical problems, but over time I realized my real passion was solving organizational ones: aligning people, strategy, and execution so a company can move with clarity and purpose.Along the way, I’ve led teams through nearly every kind of transformation a business can face — spin‑offs, acquisitions, startups, turnarounds, divestitures, and periods of accelerated growth. Each one taught me something different about what it takes to build a team that can win in any circumstance.I believe a leader’s job is to create a self‑propelling, world‑class team — one that doesn’t rely on heroics, but on shared vision, trust, and accountability. When that happens, results follow. In my case, that’s meant guiding organizations to more than €4B in revenue growth, improving performance across a €2.3B P&L, and leading turnarounds that delivered 30% structural cost reductions without sacrificing culture or momentum.What drives me today is the same thing that motivated me early in my career: helping people and businesses unlock their full potential.
