Versatile technology executive with global experience in Information Technology & Software Engineering combined with a positive and flexible attitude. In all of my leadership roles I\'ve demonstrated a thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle as an agile delivery practitioner and combined with my abilities as a persuasive communicator I\'m able to bridge the communications gap between technical resources, product managers, business stakeholders, and C-level executives alike. Throughout my career in multiple global management roles I have excelled at building and aligning software delivery teams to drive project deliverables in both matrix organizations and emerging startups through staff development, mentoring, promoting from within, team building and continuous process improvement. I spent the majority (21 years) of my career at Motorola where I held a number of different roles within IT ranging from Software Development, Project and Program Management to Senior Management. Then I moved onto managing an Application Development team supporting a $58 million Federal contract servicing the largest employer in the world, the United States Federal Government. Most recently over the past 6 years I have been in a Director of Engineering role where I led an emerging startup through a rebranding and launch of their SaaS platform before their successful acquisition and now I\'m seeking a new challenge.
