My role bridges strategic planning and technical execution, ensuring technology investments align with business objectives and deliver measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Cloud HCM, ORC, ERP, EPM, IDCS/OCI, and Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), overseeing solution architecture and delivery across corporate systems.• Lead cross-functional teams and external partners in implementing Oracle HCM modules, ensuring fitment to enterprise architecture and alignment with HR transformation goals.• Provide oversight for integration architecture and identity management, including REST/SOAP APIs and provisioning strategies using SailPoint ISC, ServiceNow, and MS SQL Server.• Guide strategic M&A technology initiatives, streamlining pre-boarding processes for asset purchases and full acquisitions, and ensuring seamless domain and system integration.• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) and support vendor onboarding and delivery, ensuring scope clarity, execution quality, and strategic alignment.• Lead RFP responses and vendor evaluations for technology partnerships, aligning selection criteria with enterprise objectives and delivery timelines.• Collaborate with senior leadership to review capital, process/technical enhancement budgets, aligning strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.• Facilitate innovation through “art of the possible” sessions, leveraging POCs and demos to engage stakeholders across HR, Finance, FP & A, Infosec, and Risk.• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including SOC2, ICFR, and internal audit requirements, partnering closely with Risk and Infosec teams.• Provide oversight for Oracle Cloud BAU activities, including solution design, triaging, escalation management, and enhancement planning.
