I am a Certified Mountain Area Specialist, therefore I understand the complexities of buying or selling a mountain property. It can be challenging to wade through the details of septics, elevations, wells, etc. I have lived in the mountain community for over 16 years along of course with my rescued 11 donkeys, 1 horse, 2 dogs and one husband. I work in partnership with you to represent your interest, negotiate your price, and provide insight into the Real Estate Market. I do the right things, so you get the right price. In addition, I specialize in coaching Real Estate agents who are considering ways to build out their real estate career or perhaps make a change from where they are. From my years in the Real Estate industry, sharing new ideas with my colleagues, either through new agent coaching or walking them through the eXp Franchise model to show them a pathway to financial freedom allows me to give back to my profession.
