About Sandy Herbert
Since the age of 22, I have been self-employed as a cosmetologist and passionate about empowering other individuals to reach their potential. In 1995, I started another business, The Perfect Cup Coffeehouse and Catering. After successfully expanding to 5 locations in the Nashville area I decided to take the time to explore other passions. In 2009 those passions led me to partner with Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields, the creators of Proactiv, to utilize my management and cosmetology experience by creating high volume sales teams. Climbing to the top of the company quickly, I have been able to see great financial success and brought many people with me! I owe my success to the wonderful people on my team. Rodan + Fields rewards our team effort so it is my personal mission to help each member achieve success. The amazing teams I have crafted over the years successfully sell millions of dollars in product each year.
