In she founded Omaha Healing Arts Center (OM Center), a sq ft facility dedicated to offering holistic health care, higher education, entertainment and community experience in the healing, visual and performing arts. Sandy is also a photographer, jewelry designer, and licensed massage therapist with 36 years of experience in holistic health care. She has traveled extensively throughout the U.S, Europe, China and India working with and studying holistic healing methods. She has been a guest teacher at The University of Nebraska at Omaha for Stress Management, co-written and presented educational programs about massage therapy on Cable television, an educator at The BodyMind Institute, was the editor of The American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) newsletter for the Nebraska chapter and a founding member of The Healing Arts Council, which promoted unique and educational programs in the Omaha area. In addition to directing OM Center and her private body-mind therapy practice, her work has taken her throughout the United States and the world, on music tours as the massage therapist, for Sting and for Chip Davis of Mannheim Steamroller.
