Corporate responsible for ensuring current projects are suitably resourced and the correct systems & processes are established and adhered to meeting client expectations from a project controls perspective. The role involves training and mentoring of the UK Project Controllers to foster sustainability, growth and development within the department. The role has involved regular trips to the Manchester, Woking and Farnborough JV offices along with business trips to Delft and Stavanger with the latter specifically for Schedule Risk Analysis workshops. Also assigned directly into Project Delivery, currently PCM on a Major Project, and relatively recently attained invaluable experience seconded into a client organisation forming part of the Integrated Management Team (IMT) covering all project locations. Responsible for all aspects of Project Controls / Services including planning, cost control, cost estimating, risk management and document control.
