Manages the Homebuyer Loan Program which includes government and conventional first mortgage programs which are funded through the issuance of single family mortgage revenue bonds (SFMRB) and a daily priced, forward delivery program (TBA). Also manages a second mortgage loan program which is funded through federal, state or corporation funding. Managed the Mortgage Credit Certificate (MCC) Program which is regulated by the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). Responsible for creating lender guidelines and training materials, working with master servicer and compliance provider to resolve loan deficiencies on loans delivered by originating lenders through Homebuyer Loan Program.Exercises independent judgment in the formation of policies, processes, goals and objectives of Florida Housing as it relates to homeownership. Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of new and existing homeownership programs. Provides technical assistance and professional guidance to lending institutions, real estate professionals, housing providers, local governments, attorneys and the general public concerning home ownership programs. Provides information to legislative and executive branches of government as requested. Manages training and technical assistance for participating lenders, realtors, builders, and non-profit organizations.Assists in the marketing efforts of Homebuyer Loan Program Staff. Attends and participates in conferences, seminars and workshops. Conducts realtor continuing education course approved by Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
