Joined Collington during a transition phase of leadership and marketing team. The occupancy of the community when I joined was below 65%. Actively involved along with my colleagues to increase residency occupancy with record closings and move ins. We are currently above 90% occupancy. During my tenure at Collington, I\'ve been actively engaged in the entire sales process which includes:•lead qualification through phone, email and face to face assessments with prospects•managing sales process from initial inquiry, qualification, setting sales appointments and personalized appointments. •actively pursue \"next step\" for prospect with ultimately gaining commitment of the sale•I am responsible for social media for the community and work closely with the Marketing Director and Advertising, Marketing firm•my role includes initiating and pursuing outreach avenues for publicity, public relations and sales opportunities. I work closely with local and regional churches, chamber of commerce organizations, private businesses and non-profit organizations.
