As a highly motivated leader I am well-versed in establishing an empowered and positive working environment for teams, implementing governance frameworks, undertaking change control / planning, holding financial accountability and reporting at senior levels. I have a proven track record leading and delivering major operational and strategic projects within scope, quality, budgetary and time constraints with the ability to rise and adapt to new challenges successfully whilst managing parallel project deliveries. Key experience includes successful delivery of CRM, Pricing & Billing systems and supporting operational processes, as well as customer and data migration to complete full end to end implementation successfully.I am passionate about putting customers at the heart of any business, keeping things simple and believe that continuous improvement is a must to remain efficient and effective.
