Leading a team of 12 Talent Acquisition Partners, Sourcers and coordinators in all recruiting efforts for Virgin Galactic’s. My team and I support Space Missions & Safety, Spaceline Technical Operations, Engineering & Programs and Corporate functions. We source and recruit in all disciplines across the organization, including, but not limited to: Technical Operations, Maintenance, Propulsion, Mission Control, Engineering, Programs, Manufacturing, Medical, Pilots, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Risk & Compliance Accounting & Finance, Legal, Commercial Operations (Brand, Marketing, Sales & Communications, Future Astronaut Experience) and Human Resources. Additional Accomplishments- Started at Virgin Galactic as Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Executive Recruitment and was promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition within a year to oversee all of Virgin Galactic\'s recruiting efforts- Project Manager Leading ATS implementation for Success Factors and training the team- Working extensively with HRIS and external partners on post implementation ATS enhancements- Project Manger Leading CRM implementation for Phenom as an additional recruiting tool for our Talent Acquisition Partners- Partnering with HR Business Partner team in creating policies, procedures and implementing best practices for Talent Acquisition- Created structure for the Talent Acquisition team by providing tools to enhance their daily activities.
