About Sandy Radesky

With over 27 years of information technology, systems engineering, and defensive cyber operations experience in the federal government, I am a seasoned cybersecurity professional and senior executive leader. I have an operational mentality with a network and system engineering background, and I am extremely familiar with vulnerability management, software security, the development of cyber capabilities, analytics, and cyber intelligence products. Currently, I serve as the Associate Director of Vulnerability Management at Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), where I oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of cyber vulnerabilities across federal civilian executive branch agencies and critical infrastructure. In my day to day, I leverage my experience in previous roles such as Director of Analytics, Deputy CIO and CISO, and Deputy Director of Cyber Operations to drive innovative and operationally driven decisions. My mission is to contribute to a mission that can measurably account for reducing cyber risk to the critical resources our nation and military rely on.
