My focus is 3rd party Government related development and construction jobs with the Army of Engineers - Homeland Security & TSA Contracts.• Administrator for all new jobs to be setup in YARDI for Gov jobs - contracts, change orders, budget revisions, committed costs to close out of a job. Utilizing KACE and Kahua daily. Point of contact for any budget related questions and tracking or reclassing of job cost.• Daily process invoices in PAY for 10 project manager each having well over 15+ active jobs at one time. As well as the TI – Tenant Improvement Division. Most are AIA Application billings performing retention and retention release in Yardi balancing to each committed report. Point of contact for any AP related questions concerning my PM’s or vendors.• Prepare all 3rd Party Government billings – AIA applications – following the guidelines of each contract - fixed firm price, cost plus, or guarantee. – Responsible for reporting AR aging for all 3rd Pary, TI and TFLA billings, facilitate information to the Tenant, Operations Accounting and Tenant Accounting to escalate any over 60-day items.• Prepare billings for federal “CLINS” for the Procurement group in TX each “ClIN” represents a unique component of the contract with its own pricing and terms approx. 1M a month. Currently streamlined this process using pivot tables.• Responsible for Interior and Government % of completion reports used for 3rd party Accruals –Collaborate with vendors for any unknown AIA billings for accrual purposes.
