About Sandy Pittman
Sandy had a distinguished 35 year career at UPS, becoming an executive level partner, executing global initiatives as VP of Global Strategy, responsible for enterprise portfolio management, strategic governance, and supporting BUs and functions globally for PM, enterprise transformation, and lean process design.As VP of Global Strategy, he oversaw UPS\'s ePMO, supporting governance for enterprise-wide, cross-functional, strategic initiatives. ePMO led major process improvement initiatives, and directed global training in project and process management, establishing Centers of Excellence, Communities of Practice, and Knowledge Management programs, building a community of more than participants, and training more than people over 10 years in BPM courses, PM workshops, Road-mapping, Agile, and Leading Change.Sandy led the acquisition and rollout of Planview, an EPM platform w/3,500+ users, supporting ~$10B in projects. Planview is the backbone for governance, investment decisions, capital prioritization, visibility to high-impact initiatives, tracking strategic, BU, and functional projects, including enterprise transformation efforts, and a key enabler of UPS\'s strategic planning and execution process.He held multiple roles in the airline, engineering and global strategy, including serving as A/C Acquisitions Manager, overseeing ~$7B in fleet purchases. He had key roles in several mergers and acquisitions in Corporate and Int\'l Strategy, including launching UPS Mail Innovations, one of the UPS\'s most successful ventures. In a 3-year special assignment evaluating functional processes, his teams identified several hundred million dollars in annual savings across multiple functions. ePMO provided support for over 10 years to the company\'s peak season planning processes.Currently, he is a Co-Founder of LM Club, a subscription-based membership platform designed to empower entrepreneurs, individuals, and businesses to connect, collaborate, and achieve their goals globally, by fostering meaningful networking experiences and developing tools that enhance collaboration and support strategic growth.
