ABOUT SANDY PASTROFF

Accomplished global antitrust and litigation lawyer, with 30+ years of experience in senior positions split between an Am Law 100 firm and a Fortune 200 consumer products company. In the M&A context, I have obtained regulatory approvals for multiple $1B+ global transactions, including in the U.S, EU, UK, Brazil and China. I also represent customers, suppliers and competitors in merger reviews. In the investigations/litigation context, I have guided companies through criminal and civil government investigations in North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia. I also have successfully litigated high-stakes antitrust cases, including class actions, in more than 15 countries. As a trusted antitrust counselor, I break down complex issues and strategies for executives to give practical and clear advice on nearly every type of antitrust issue. I also have designed and led the implementation of world-class antitrust training and compliance programs. I have leveraged my antitrust experience into adjacent areas, successfully leading litigation teams in non-antitrust cases around the world. I also led Whirlpool’s global compliance function on a day-to-day basis. I have been appointed to many leadership positions in the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law, and currently serve as Vice-Chair of the Global Private Litigation Committee and as a member of the Section\'s Transition Task Force.
