I see my main role as leading change for the Department Homeland Security (DHS), Science and Technology Directorate as they work to achieve rock star status in the digital engineering demesne. Working in support of the Senior Executive, serving as the Director of the Systems Engineering and Standards Division, I am tasked with drafting the Enterprise DE Strategy that will serve to set the vision and introduce the challenging, yet rewarding work necessary to realize the dream. Being \'new in town\', I am actively seeking DHS confreres who are. or want to be. early DE adopters and want to be in cahoots with my team as we kick DoD\'s %$#!(Hehe - just wondering who actually reads these descriptions - we\'ll see if we have a game.bring it on!) We need a good scrimmage, so we are all ready for the real competition!
