On shift Manager operating in a \'My Factory\'​ Lean regime. Responsibilities include: Focused and driven co-ordination of teams and allocation of resource, implementation of work plans to goals and KPI\'s, prioritising, SMART objective setting, performance management, employee development, 1-1 coaching and support of individuals and peers, team building, motivation, communication and influencing, technical and project support, procurement of spares & electrical parts and repairs to meet production deadlines, contractor and distributer negotiations, monthly SLA & attendance of strategic meetings, building collaborative networks.Full responsibility for the day to day departments performance and management of spare parts of SKU\'s to the value of £5 Million Pounds and an annual spend of £3 Million Pounds. Accountable for all department & factory/group wide measurables & KPI\'s including Health & Safety, 5S, SHEQ Tours. Leads Continual Improvement, Projects, Installations and modifications. Trouble Shoots & Assists Technical Staff with Spare Part requirements and managed one off projects from (30K -100K)I have introduced new process & procedures which have been adopted in other factories within Group as \'Best Practice\'​ It is worthy to note - I\'ve been audited by BSI (British Standards Institute) on three separate occasions - there were no non conformances found only positive comments made.
