ABOUT SANDY MCIVER

With 30 years’ experience as a Client, Consultant and Contractor in the formation, procurement and delivery of aviation projects, Sandy has an outstanding record of successfully completing complex infrastructure projects in a live secure operational environment. Sandy was Project Leader responsible for the Terminal 5 fit out design and delivery at London Heathrow Airport. He was a member of the Heathrow Terminal 5 building’s team Executive Team, responsible for delivering £1.7bn worth of construction works, which equated to 40 % of the Terminal 5 total budget. It was the largest construction project in Europe at the time and is recognized as a model construction project, which set new, higher standards for the industry around the world.
