I left the Canadian Air Force as a Captain and entered the civilian world filling a variety of customer service roles including First Union Bank Call Center Credit Card Customer Service Representative (CSR), Eddie Bauer Catalog Call Center CSR, and a licensed insurance agent.*Insurance Customer Service* I became a licensed insurance agent in 2001, when I worked as a personal and commercial lines customer service representative. I’ve worked in small and large independent insurance agencies.*Leadership* In 20••••14, I was a Toastmasters district governor, leading over 3,500 members of Toastmasters International, a worldwide non-profit communication and leadership organization. In 2012, I received the leadership and education award for our district. I also organized our district’s fall conference at the Microsoft Conference Center with 325 attendees, the largest attendance ever.*Speaker* I enjoy speaking and training on a wide variety of topics.
