I currently administer and do strategic planning for our company which Richard (my husband) and I run. I have a wonderful staff that handles the day-to-day operations. I help also with problem solving and know that the \"buck stops\" with me. I attend meetings and network with many different types of businesses and people (insurance, medical, realtors, HVAC, plumbers, general business owners) to name a few.

ABOUT SANDY HASTINGS
I am a wife and a mother of one daughter in college at MoBap in St. Louis and two step kids that live in DE and are out of school. My step daughter has one son. I actually married into this business called SERVPRO 25 years ago. I have a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement from Southeast Missouri State University. Many years ago I came into this world at then Southeast Hospital. So I am a native of Cape Girardeau and a graduate from Central High School. I love music and I love working with kids. I have the honor of working with our kids and youths at New McKendree UMC where we have been attending for about 22 years. I am a life member of the Girl Scouts where I led a troop all through grade school and on through High School. I am very proud of my scouts especially those that went on to college and are quite successful and those that attained the highest honor which is the Gold Award.(I received the highest honor at that that time which was the First Class Award.)
