As an experienced General Counsel, I guide companies on a variety of corporate legal functions, including complex contracts negotiations and drafting, business strategy, privacy compliance and litigation prevention. I bring a strong contract drafting and negotiations background, leveraged by working at well-regarded firms and public companies, across multiple industry verticals (e.g, digital tech, medical technology SaaS, and CPG/food and beverage). Prior to joining Chosen Foods as General Counsel, I worked at an Am Law 20 firm (Cooley LLP) and in-house at two multinational corporations (Becton Dickinson and Sony), bringing 20+ years of combined experience as a business lawyer and business litigation paralegal.I thrive on working alongside an executive team that emphasizes family as well as values integrity, trust, and loyalty.
