I am a strategic visionary and ecosystem builder who helps organizations and industries expand into global markets, attract investment, and scale commercialization and innovation with purpose. Over the past 21 years at Global Affairs Canada and Health Canada, my path has taken me through boardrooms, trade missions, and negotiation tables, where I guided aerospace, defence, life sciences, energy, agriculture, and critical minerals firms into global markets, shaped health policy and regulation, negotiated trade and access frameworks, designed FDI training, built lasting partnerships, and unlocked new streams of growth.But my leadership is more than strategy and numbers. I bring a whole-brain approach — blending the discipline of structure with the creativity of enrichment. I see patterns before they are obvious, ground them in strategy, and inspire people to move forward with clarity and courage. For me, leadership is about building systems that last and cultures that thrive.Along the way, I have seen what happens when vision turns into action.
