Passionate Innovation Manager and sustainability manager with strong experience in Digital and Business Model Transformation. I strongly believe that continuous improvement and life-long learning are the key to success. This led me to obtain an Executive MBA from Luiss Business Schools to master the subjects of IoT Management and Industry 4.0. Additionally, I graduated as a Professional Coach for the development of human potential from the Epoché Institute. I am also an #Innovation Manager & #Project manager at Accredia with certification of Competence UNITER - TUV (ISO56002-GIMI / ISO 21502) and Sustainability Manager UNI PdR 109 based on ESRS standard.In addition to multidisciplinary training, I have transversal work skills in multinational companies with a high rate of innovation such as Autodesk and TD SYNNEX, in the roles of Business Development, customer success manager and Innovation Technology Facilitator. I have also worked with several startups, and offered support in business models definition, cultural transformation, innovation process and digital technologies introduction and collaborating with universities, associations, business incubators and research institutes.
