Over ten years of experience in communication, psychology, creative + digital design, and strategic problem-solving have shaped my way of thinking and working. I work purposefully and solution-oriented, while allowing enough space for creativity and clear common sense without overcomplicating things. I began my career early in responsible positions in the creative industry. I have led small departments, managed employees, and conceptualized & designed websites and apps for renowned global players and startups. At the beginning of 2020, I temporarily left the digital agency world for a new path. I had an inner drive to get even more out of myself. I wanted to refine my entrepreneurial skills, question my way of thinking, expand my abilities, lead myself better, and grow beyond what I had previously thought possible. Thus, I experienced an intensive year of self-employment in the field of online shops & traditional sales, learned a lot about marketing, leadership, and inner peace, and brought this knowledge back into my employment.
