Dallas, TX, US

I’m the Chief Innovation Officer at Ziosk (since 2022), where I lead innovation across guest experience, data, analytics, and AI-driven platforms. I founded the Innovation function and invented products including DigiSite, ZioskGO, and zConnect, Ziosk’s first client self-service portal launched in 2025 that enables customers to manage reporting, menus, and promotional advertising. These initiatives secured in contract value, expanded our TAM from $Millions to $Billions, and materially improved how enterprise clients operate at scale. I’m also the inventor of record on five design patents pending related to DigiSite.I’m currently leading the development and go-to-market Ziosk GEM, an AI-powered CX/RM guest review and insights platform designed to redefine how operators understand guest sentiment and performance.

ABOUT SANDRO N.

I’m a founder and enterprise executive who builds defensible platforms, scalable businesses, and enterprise value—often in complex, high-stakes environments.Over the last 20+ years, I’ve operated at the intersection of innovation, execution, and commercialization, taking companies from concept to scale, through IPO and acquisition, and then navigating growth from inside one of the world’s largest enterprises.Today, I serve as Chief Innovation Officer at Ziosk, where I built the Innovation organization from the ground up. My work has focused on transforming guest experience, data, analytics, and AI into enterprise-grade platforms that scale. Along the way, we expanded Ziosk’s TAM from $400M to $4B, secured $200M+ in contract value, and deployed solutions across 4,500+ locations. I’m also the inventor behind several core platform capabilities and the inventor of record on five design patents pending.Earlier in my career, I founded Superclick Networks, growing it from zero to $20M+ in revenue with global operations across five continents. I led the company through an IPO and its eventual acquisition by AT & T. Post-acquisition, I spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles at AT & T, driving national product launches, large-scale infrastructure investments, and revenue growth initiatives that delivered 5x–10x improvements in key business lines. What I’m known for:Turning problem-led innovation into real revenue and IPOperating effectively inside large, complex enterprisesBridging founder mindset with enterprise disciplineBuilding platforms that endure, scale, and exitI’m particularly interested in leadership roles where innovation, growth, and execution must coexist—and where building something durable matters.
