My role as SME for digitalization projects and increase of production capacity in the industrial sector that involve the adoption of digital products and platforms (such as MES, CMMS, QMS, Computer Vision, etc.), has allowed companies operating in various sectors such as food, cable production and food ingredient manufacturers to obtain analysis, future development visions and achievable roadmaps to accompany them towards the reality of industry 4.0 and 5.0.In my most recent experience at Deloitte, I led the Smart Factory project for a cable manufacturing industry, enhancing production speed and predictive fault detection through AI algorithms. I managed a team to connect plant systems to IIOT Platform, optimizing cloud data handling, improving efficiency and reducing costs. Additionally, I participate to lead a stream for the OEE Optimization envisioning analysis, delivering a successful roadmap that was positively received by the client, leading to further implementation phases.

I am a professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of automation and diagnostic systems for machinery, having led projects in different continents and many countries around the world. I have solid expertise in discrete and process manufacturing Automation, Remote Control and Monitoring systems for wastewater and drinking water. For the past 14 years, I have specialized in the development, installation, and maintenance of diagnostic systems for rotating machinery (such as gas turbine, steam turbine and generator), centralizing data at HQ through Aveva PI and utilizing machine learning and artificial intelligence technique for extract valuable insights. I have managed multidisciplinary teams across Italy and Switzerland, fostering innovation and operational efficiency. I am passionate about customer interactions and enjoy working closely with them to provide valuable advice and help build best-in-class solutions that meet, and even exceed, their expectations.
