ABOUT SANDRINE RAMBOUX

Sandrine Ramboux, CFA, is a climate risk and sustainable finance advisor with over 20 years of experience working with corporates, investors, asset managers and public-sector stakeholders across Europe and Türkiye. She co-founded FutureWise Partners, a boutique advisory firm supporting organisations in translating climate and nature risks into concrete financial and investment decisions.Her work focuses on physical and transition climate risk assessment, scenario analysis with quantified financial impacts, and decision support for investment, adaptation and financing strategies. She works primarily with long-lived and capital-intensive assets, including real estate portfolios, infrastructure projects and agribusiness, where climate exposure directly affects long-term cash flows and asset performance.Drawing on her background in structured and project finance, she brings experience in frameworks, offtake structures and collaboration with development banks, export credit agencies and international financial institutions. This enables her to advise on risk allocation, capital structuring and blended finance mechanisms in complex public–private contexts.Sandrine has extensive experience working with international and multidisciplinary teams. She has built and led programmes across multiple countries, structured governance and decision processes, developed partnerships between public and private stakeholders, and supported initiatives from early design to implementation. She is recognised for combining analytical rigour with pragmatic execution and for acting as a trusted sparring partner to senior decision-makers.Alongside her advisory work, Sandrine mentors climate-tech start-ups developing solutions across energy systems transformation, carbon technologies, sustainable materials and environmental risk intelligence, ensuring continued exposure to emerging technologies and transition models.She is an active member of international leadership and policy networks, including the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network, the Global Diplomacy Lab and the Robert Bosch Foundation Alumni Network, and is a member of European Women on Boards.Sandrine holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering. She is a CFA charterholder and holds the ESG Investing Certificate from the CFA Institute, as well as the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting credential issued by the IFRS Foundation (ISSB).
