About Sandrine Boukerche
I am a dynamic professional with almost two decades of international experience managing diverse initiatives, projects and Trust Funds at the World Bank Group with a focus on green finance and infrastructure and energy efficient, resilient development. I served as a Trust Fund Manager and Climate Change Specialist within Bank\'s Climate Change Group. I currently work as a Senior Climate Change Urban Specialist within the Bank\'s Urban, Disaster Risk Management and Land Global Practice. My work has included donor and investor relations, strategic analysis, and leadership of a number of international project efforts within multicultural settings as well as working closely with external partners from the United Nations Development Programme, the European Investment Bank, and the Cities Climate Finance Leadership Alliance. Prior to this I held roles related to energy with the European Commission Delegation, Bloomberg New Energy Finance, and the United Nations Foundation. I hold an MA in International Relations and Environmental Economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), a BA from the University of Sussex, a Diploma from the London School of Economics, and a certificate on Electric Vehicles from George Washington University/European Energy Center. I am bilingual French/English.
