Job descriptionResponsible for assisting the Account managers and creating quotes on products and contracts along with all documents relevant to the sales department. Must maintain the associated project documentation, making sure they are up to date and any follow-ups are done. Request pricing and quotes from our assorted suppliers and placing orders. A good working knowledge in the Cybersecurity industry et IT products.Main responsibilities:• Request and research pricing for IT products needed.• Evaluate the market and keep an eye on where we stand• Negotiate pricing with vendors and distributors, do any required registrations.• Create quotes and do follow-ups for account managers with vendors and distributors• Complete contracts for different clients and suppliers• Creating purchase orders and relaying them to our partners• Keep an eye on and follow-up with suppliers regarding back orders.• Work in and keep the CRM up to date• Work in collaboration with our teams to ensure a multidisciplinary approach• Follow trainings in order to keep up to date new technologies and Cybersecurity.
