I am pleased to be involved in the development of VeriSM as an individual contributor. My contribution is about learning - specifically about lifelong learning. My aim in working alongside the architect team is to establish an academic-type presence. By that I mean by encouraging critical thinking for those studying VeriSM. This is because, it is my belief, that the (IT) Service Management community needs to more purposeful in how it facilitates the growth of human capital. It can do this by developing the individual through their acquisition of knowledge which ultimately increases the odds of them sharing that knowledge with others. VeriSM, with its approach to Service Management, is an ideal vehicle.
