I manage the nationwide recruitment process of over students annually, providing them with admissions support and guidance to help them achieve their academic and career goals. I have over 10 years of experience in recruitment and student services, with a Master of Education in Policy and Management from Harvard University.My mission is to fight for equitable access to higher education, as a first-generation college graduate and professional myself. I am passionate about empowering students from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue their dreams and aspirations, and to overcome the barriers and challenges they face. I am also an avid reader and a secret aspiring author, who loves to learn new things and to connect with people who share my values and vision for education.
