Act as the the HR Business Partner Manager for the leadership team in Central Europe and the Emerging region, offering expert advice, coaching, and support on all people-related issues. Central Europe includes Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Poland and the Emerging region covers UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and South Africa- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders. Proactively partner with them to advise on potential legal issues and resolution to ensure the successful achievement of people and business objectives- Manage the partnership with the German Works Council, driving negotiations and providing expert HR consultation and guidance to the management- Serve as advisor of employee relations matters, including performance management programs, disciplinary and grievance investigations, organizational restructuring and conflict resolution- Drive core HR processes, such as talent reviews, robust succession planning, and organizsational design- Act as the regional legal expert ensuring that Commvault HR practices and processes comply with local Labour Laws within the regions- Analyze key HR metrics (e.g, turnover, engagement, diversity, performance trends) within the region to identify underlying organizational risks and opportunities.
