ABOUT SANDY RATHOD

I am a builder of futures — an entrepreneur, board leader, and academic who turns science and vision into solutions that expand human potential. My work spans healthcare, education, and leadership, where I bring strategy and innovation together to create lasting impact.As Chairwoman of the Board & CEO of SuperFamily, I am driving a global movement to reimagine early childhood development and family empowerment. By integrating therapy, preschool education, family support, and adaptive technology, we are tackling systemic gaps and giving children and families the foundations to thrive.Previously as COO and later CEO of NeuroReality, I took a pioneering MedTech concept and transformed it into an internationally recognized innovator in VR-based cognitive rehabilitation. From strategy to partnerships, I led the company through the challenges of growth, positioning it at the forefront of digital health innovation.In academia, I shape the next generation of global leaders as Senior Lecturer & Course Coordinator at the Amsterdam School of International Business (AMSIB). Beyond the classroom, I guide international study abroad programs and collaborate with universities across Europe, the U.S, and Latin America — preparing students to think globally and act with purpose.I also share my insights as a speaker at international conferences, contributing to global conversations on healthcare innovation, entrepreneurship, and the future of leadership.With a PhD in Consumer Behavior and a career that spans corporate boardrooms, startups, and universities, I thrive at the edge of disciplines and cultures. My passion is simple: to catalyze systems change and create environments where people and organizations can align, adapt, and flourish.
