Sandra joined HCC in 2009 to launch the Center for Entrepreneurship-HCC NW (c4e-HCC NW) and grow the center’s programs. The Center offers workshops, seminars, summits, classes, and competitive training & advising empowering startup & existing entrepreneurs. Ms. Louvier also served in various positions for HCC Goldman Sachs Small Businesses 20••••13. From 20••••15, Ms. Louvier was selected to serve as an ambassador for the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE). She was in contact with 50 colleges in 30 states to assist them in accessing NACCE resources to grow their programs. Ms. Louvier won NACCE’s annual National Impact Award and a Coleman Foundation grant that she dedicated to expanding internal & external partnerships. Sandra is a graduate of the West Houston Leadership Institute (\'15) & Leadership Houston Class She is on the SCORE Advisory Council and has served as judge in competitions such as Liftoff Houston, HAUL, HMSDC E-10 Awards & Junior Achievement. Her Center expanded in 2016 into new space at HCC Alief Hayes. In 2017, the SBA recognized Ms. Louvier as Home-Based Business Champion. In the past nine years, Ms. Louvier has collaborated to develop & deliver programs with a total attendance of 24,500. In 2020, her Center was endowed & renamed the Glenda & David Regenbaum Center for Entrepreneurship-HCC NW. The Center is known for the development & delivery of 3 signature programs: the Annual HCC Business Plan Competition, the HCC Small Business Success Series and the HCC Mattress Mack School of Selling. As of Sept. 1, 2025, these three signature programs combined have 1,550 gradates.
