   Currently, a team member of the Purchasing Department, working on documenting Purchasing/Capital Planning/Grant procedures for the school’s Business Office. • Review Purchase Orders for completeness, this includes reviewing BOE contracts for said services. Any questions are directed to our legal advisors at Ingerman Smith LLP. • Report any BOE agenda items to the District Clerk on time or prior to deadline, ultimately used for agenda compilation.• Work with building administrative assistants on ED Data orders for the district and uploading them to initiate summer orders• Sit in on BID openings and document documents received, i.e. Bid Bond, Certification of Compliance, Hold Harmless Agreements, Iran Divestment Act, and Insurance.• Update all backup material (i.e. ED Data, NYS OGS, Suffolk County, etc.) and promptly make it available to all building administrative assistants, via shared directory.• Conduct training and create \"cheat sheets\" with different scenarios to be used by administrative assistants, ensuring accuracy and uniformity when entering purchase orders.• Coordinating Summer Academy 2023 on behalf of the program’s Principal. This involves the preparation of Google Forms, Registration Forms, mass mailing with program information, speaking to Spanish-speaking parents, and engaging our communications department for email/text blasts.
