After 35 years leading systems transformation, risk mitigation, and cross-sector collaboration at Procter & Gamble, I transitioned into a decade (and counting) of coaching, board service, and strategic consulting. As a transformation agent, I help uncover root causes beneath recurring challenges, co-design sustainable solutions and strategies that last for individuals and organizations. I choose to work with leaders and teams who want to co-create meaningful impact, not just manage operations. At this point in my life, I prefer to coach others to coach themselves and thus keep my engagements short.
